The mission of the Osseo-Fairchild Middle/High School is to create an environment which prepares all students for lifelong learning by developing the personal, social and intellectual skills needed to be responsible, productive citizens.
Community Profile
The school district of Osseo-Fairchild, located in west central Wisconsin, is a consolidated district encompassing the communities of Osseo and Fairchild, located within the West Central Workforce Development area. The Osseo-Fairchild School District serves a student population of approximately 1000 students from the counties of Trempealeau, Eau Claire, Clark, and Jackson. The system includes one elementary school and a middle/high school facility. Amish families reside within the school district boundaries but their children are not enrolled in the system. Additionally, several families home-school their children or enroll in Wisconsin Virtual School.

Youth Apprenticeship Program
Our Work Based Learning (WBL) program gives our students experience in the work force while gaining high school credit. The Work Experience Students have the opportunity to earn a Youth Apprenticeship Certificate through the Department of Workforce Development (DWD).
